Patrol Magazine Pouch
One of our oldest, greatest, and most popular products is the Original S.O.E. Gear Patrol Magazine Pouch. This design is as old as our company and helped build the amazing reputation that has followed John Willis throughout his career, and they are still built with the same attention to detail today.
Each Patrol Magazine Pouch is a complete box shell, with all four sides made of laminated 1000D nylon with three rows of stitching--giving our pouches three to six times more fabric at all wear points as the competition. Our lids are directly stitched into the rear wall, creating a magazine pouch strong enough to hang a 250lb man from the lid alone. Our standard oversized drainage grommet is present at the bottom of each Patrol Pouch, which immediately evacuates water in the event of downpour or waterborne operations.
The Original S.O.E. Gear Magazine Pouch is secured with velcro and fastex, giving the shooter amazing security over his magazines even if inserting via jump, sea, or deep brush. Once in the area of operations, the fastex can be unbuckled, allowing extremely fast access to the magazines in a firefight where seconds count.
In addition to the rifle magazines, Patrol Magazine Pouches have two external pistol magazine pouches.
